As a brief exercise in observation and adaptation, I designed an intervention to turn a small 2 bedroom apartment into a very luxurious 1 bedroom. This was an effort to briefly reflect on some the aspects that I find warm and comfortable in a space, while really taking advantage of the existing conditions. Over a one week period I reworked the floor plan, highlighting any significant changes in architecture, and touched on what the interior palette or furniture might be.
